Circuit Clerk is Holly Lemons.
Holly was born on October 18, 1982 in Vandalia, Illinois. She graduated from Nokomis High School in 2001. Holly earned her Bachelors degree from
Blackburn College in 2005 and will graduate from
the University of Cincinnati in December 2009.
Holly married Rob
Lemons in May of 2005. They have
one daughter, Maui Grace, who was born in March of 2008. Holly and her family attend Hillsboro Free Methodist Church. Mrs. Lemons is an active Farm Bureau
member and is a volunteer for the Emergency Management Agency.
Holly Lemons was
appointed as Circuit Clerk on June 9, 2009.

STATEMENT
The mission of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Montgomery
County is to serve the citizens
of Montgomery County
and the participants in the Judicial System in a timely, efficient, and
ethical manner. In accordance
with statutes, all services, information, and court records will be provided
with courtesy and cost efficiency.
