Hours

The Circuit Court of Montgomery and the Office of the Circuit Clerk are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the exception of the holidays expressed below.

Holidays

By Administrative Order entered November 4, 1999, the Circuit Court of Montgomery County shall adjourn and the Office of the Circuit Clerk will close on the following legal holidays:
