Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program
The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams and Pap tests to eligible women. MCHD is the Lead Agency for seven Consortia Counties. MCHD provides IBCCP services in both Montgomery and Macoupin Counties. The other five counties in the Consortia are Bond, Calhoun, Christian, Greene, and Jersey.
