To provide quality, professional, confidential services to persons experiencing symptoms of a mental health or substance abuse disorder and to educate the community to promote a better understanding of such symptoms and their consequences. These services are available to all persons regardless of race, color, creed, religious affiliation, age, sex, or ability to pay.
