Additional Information About The Vaccine:
- These clinics are for persons aged 19 & OVER.
- The cost of the vaccine is $30.00.
- Persons with traditional Medicare B (not Medicare HMO) may receive the vaccine free. (Must bring Medicare card)
- Persons with Medicaid must bring card.
- State Employees/ Retirees must show proof of State Health Insurance to receive vaccine free.
- If available, at the time of these clinics, children's flu vaccination will be offered. Cost of the children’s vaccine is $10. It is also covered by Medicaid.
