BREAST AND CERVICAL CANCER PROGRAM – The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP) provides information, assistance with payment for screenings, and assists with referrals and follow-ups for breast and cervical cancer. IBCCP also provides educational material, programs and outreach activities.
