(e.g. Hillsboro, Harvel, Coffeen, Witt, Litchfield, Nokomis, etc.) Out of Town Supervision Fine - means our ticket was written at a location zoned 55 mph or greater. (e.g. Interstate 55, Rt 127, Rt 185, Rt 16, etc.)
