If I do not pay my taxes by the second installment due date, what happens?

After all payments are posted, a "15-Day Delinquent Notice" will be sent by certified mail for every tax bill not paid. The notice will be printed and mailed approximately 2 weeks after the 2nd due date. There is a $10.00 preparation cost per "Delinquent Notice". The delinquent notice will show the correct amount due for each parcel. Be sure to have your delinquent notice with you when you make payment at the Treasurer's Office or include your copy when you mail payment.
