The Treasurerer's Office is required by law to hold an annual delinquent tax sale. The time and date of the sale are indicated on the delinquent notice. The taxes, not the property, are sold at the annual delinquent tax sale. You are given time to redeem your taxes through the Montgomery County Clerk's Office. Please contact the County Clerk for instructions on how to redeem.
